The Tarragona Demarcation of the College of Architects of Catalonia hosts the exhibition "Jujol a Montferri, architecture and passion".
Fourteen roll ups, with images and plans of the first phase of the work directed by the architect Josep Maria Jujol, of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Montserrat de Montferri.
Following the modernist path, Josep Maria Jujol wanted to establish a direct connection between the hermitage and the land, so he decided to opt for a texture that suggested the elements of the natural environment that surrounded him: the rounded shapes of the rocks of the mountain of Montserrat.
This exhibition can be visited from November 15, 2022 to January 13, 2023 in the exhibition hall of the Demarcation.
