L'Agrupació d'Arquitectes per a la Defensa i la Intervenció en el Patrimoni Arquitectònic (AADIPA) ha programat una visita a les Terres de Ponent, que tindrà lloc el dissabte 30 de juny. La jornada ha estat organitzada per Jaume Busquets i Maria Llinàs, codirectors del XLIè Curset de l'AADIPA.

Es tracta de la quarta de les jornades programades en relació amb el Curset d’enguany, però està oberta a tots els membres de l’AADIPA, als arquitectes col·legiats i a tots els interessats en el tema.

The most intimate universe of RCR Arquitectes will be on show in the Eventi Collateralli section of the 16th International Architecture Exhibition at La Biennale di Venezia. Rafael Aranda, Carme Pigem and Ramon Vilalta, along with the Ramon Llull Institute and the strategic support of the Architects’ Association of Catalonia, will be taking their reflections on architecture to Venice just one year after winning the prestigious Pritzker Prize.

On Friday, 18 May, the Young Architects’ Association of Catalonia (AJAC) held the prize-giving ceremony for the AJAC XI Awards at the Mies van del Rohe Pavilion in Barcelona.

The award, which this year received almost 150 entries, entails the publication of all the winning proposals in a book as well as a travelling exhibition and the “inexperiences” seminars, where award-winners have the opportunity to explain their work to the audience.

Assumpció Puig’s candidacy proved the winner in the elections for the Governing Board of the Architects’ Association of Catalonia, held on 9 and 10 May. She walked away with 1,238 votes, with Ramon Torra and Enric Mir receiving 600 and 385, respectively, and 168 blank ballot papers. She is thus the first female dean in the history of the Architects’ Association of Catalonia.

El Colegio de Arquitectos de Catalunya acogió el pasado 6 de junio el acto de presentación del Documento de consenso de Criterios Generales para una vivienda y un urbanismo saludables, elaborado por la Comisión Técnica de Vivienda y Urbanismo, en el marco del Plan Interdepartamental Intersectorial de Salud Pública (PINSAP) de la Generalitat de Catalunya.
